Philosophy

Globalisation, demographic trends and Digitalisation – these factors have been influencing corporate HR requirements for years.

Several factors have had an ongoing impact on corporate HR requirements over recent years. These include continued globalisation, which is making collaboration much more international, with the result that many issues can no longer simply be addressed at a local level. Another key factor is the challenge posed by the demographic trend towards shorter staff retention times within companies plus an extremely competitive labour market. In addition, digitalisation has changed HR work, not just by shifting personnel dynamics to a whole new level but also by creating specific data protection priorities.

As a consequence, many personnel processes and topics need to be designed with these developments in mind, while keeping an eye on local legislation and other specifications. They must be dynamic and flexible, and also able to handle large quantities.

As a human resources management consultant and project manager, my role is to help with this sometimes difficult development process, particularly where a temporary issue requires a quick, efficient and appropriate solution.

With more than 20 years' professional experience, I have an excellent understanding of the challenges posed by first-rate human resources work. Two vital aspects are a constant feature of my work.

Quality...

is crucial to achieve satisfaction. And it is important to remember that pragmatism and quality are not necessarily mutually exclusive.

Empathy...

is a key component of excellent HR work. Solutions need to be designed for people – whether they need to work with them or are personally affected by them.
